Organizational re-design
This project was aimed at introducing a new business channel within our client’s organization. We worked with our client and modified the organizational structure to facilitate the deployment of the new business channel, we amended existing processes, and defined new processes and integrated with the others. We performed calculations for the required headcount and defined KPIs for measuring efficiency of the new operations.
