Management development
Through this project, we helped our client to define a leadership profile for different personnel lines (senior management, middle management, successors for key positions, etc.) and then we designed a customized program – Acceleration Centre (see brochure) to develop the competencies which were defining each leadership profile. The Acceleration Centre was structured as a blend of various real-life situations (in-trays, role plays, case studies analysis, group exercises, fact-finding, scenarios, etc.), Brain Fitness techniques and feedback & coaching sessions. Managers involved in the project reported improved level of skills at subsequent measurement 6 months after the Acceleration Center.
