The latest research conducted by prestigious universities (Universitiy of California, University of Illinois, Karolinska Institute of Stockholm, etc.) put into evidence the tremendous role that the Brain Fitness & Health exercises play in increasing the functionality of our mental functions and also in optimizing our immune system. These types of techniques focus on increasing the functionality of various brain networks which support various mental activities: problem-solving, decision-making, memory, attention, learning, etc., improving both our daily performance and our immune response and medication impact in various diseases: viral, infectios, inflamatory, or oncological. We employ Brain Fitness exercises (stored on CDs) in our management development programs (Acceleration Centre - see pdf brochure”) or in health & well-being programs (e.g. quitting an addiction – smoking).
